Local pubs and restaurants register on the platform and apply to partner with your club. Once you approve them, they run their own deal campaigns: discounts, freebies, special tabs — whatever drives fans through the door. Fans see those deals in the app, walk in, check in to redeem, and get discounts and points. The venue pays a transaction fee per check-in, and that fee flows to your club, minus a small platform commission.
More active supporters means more redemptions. More partner venues means more deals on offer. The calculator multiplies the two and shows what's left after your subscription. Same math, every club.

Are these numbers realistic?
They're modelled on average behaviour across the platform — active fans redeem partner venue deals a few times per month, across match days and ordinary weeknights, every month of the year. Game Set Engage runs 365 days a year, not just during the sports season. Your real number will depend on how many venues you partner with and how engaged your base is. The defaults lean conservative.
What if we have no partner venues yet?
Most clubs onboard 3–5 venues in their first season. Local pubs and sports bars near your ground are the natural fit — they already host your fans regularly, and running a deal campaign through your club gives them a steady reason to come back.
How does Game Set Engage actually get paid?
Two ways. A monthly subscription based on your fan count — free up to 1,000 fans. And a small platform commission on venue transaction fees. The calculator already nets both out. What you see is what your club keeps.
What if our subscription costs more than we earn?
Honest answer: it might, at first. Every club starts with zero venue partners and builds the pipeline over a season — that's normal, not a red flag. Is venue partnership our only way to earn?
The calculator counts venue partnership fees only, because that's the money the platform pays you directly. Auctions run on points, and deal codes, surveys, and check-ins run on engagement — they don't pay out as cash, but they keep fans active and produce the verified data that wins sponsorships. Venue fees are the floor, not the ceiling.
What happens to our fans if we upgrade plans or build our own app?
Nothing changes for them. Your fans, their engagement points, their full participation history, your venue partnerships, your campaign data — all of it moves with you when you change tiers. If you upgrade to National or Global and build a custom fan-facing app via our API, your existing supporters carry over automatically. They follow your club, not your app.
