Meet naim.
It tells you the next best move.

naim reads your club’s own data and turns it into plain-English insights — which campaigns work, when your fans actually engage, who’s about to go quiet. It recommends; you decide.

The Story Behind The Name

Naim Suleymanoglu — “Pocket Hercules” — lifted nearly three times his own body weight and set records that stood for seasons. Big results from a small footprint. That’s the spirit our AI assistant carries.

Because if you run a club, you’re also the marketing team, the data analyst, and the partnership manager. The analysis that should guide your next campaign is the work that never gets done by Thursday.

naim does that reading for you. Every hour it goes through your club’s own campaigns, check-ins, and fan activity, and surfaces what matters on your dashboard. naim recommends — every decision stays yours.

Twelve Insight Types

The analysis is done before you sit down.

Campaign performance, timing windows, calendar gaps, churn risk, venue openings and earnings — twelve insight generators read your club’s data around the clock.

Campaign Advisor

It knows which campaign type works for your club.

naim compares your past campaigns by actual participation and tells you which type earns the most — for your fans, not an industry average. One click on an insight opens the builder pre-filled and ready to review.

  • Best-performing campaign type, from your own history
  • Fixtures with no campaign attached yet, flagged in advance
  • One-click prefill — type, match, dates, and points seeded for you

Optimal Timing

Launch when your fans are actually looking.

naim reads 90 days of your fans’ real activity and finds the day and three-hour window they engage most. Not a best-practice guess — your fans, your numbers.

A campaign launched into your peak window meets fans when they’re already paying attention.

Calendar Watch

Never let a match go uncovered.

naim watches your fixture list and your campaign calendar side by side. A match in the next two weeks with no campaign attached? Flagged. A week-plus stretch with nothing for fans to do? Flagged as a dead zone.

  • Upcoming matches with no campaign, spotted 14 days out
  • Dead zones — 7+ day engagement gaps in your calendar

More Insight Types

From quiet fans to quiet venues.

Churn Watch

Quiet fans, flagged early.

A fan quiet for 30 days is a warning; 45 days is high risk. When five or more go high-risk at once, naim raises it as urgent — early enough for a win-back campaign to land.

Fan Mix

Super fans to sleepers, sorted.

naim groups your fans by real activity — super, regular, dormant, new — so you know who a campaign is for before you build it.

Fan Demographics

Know who's in the stands.

Built only from fans who complete your club's Extended Profile campaign — age bands, how they watch, season-ticket share. Aggregated, consent-based, and refreshed as new answers come in.

Venue Matchmaker

Partnership openings, spotted.

Approved venues within 10km that you haven't partnered with yet, plus a read on which venue offers actually pull check-ins — so you know which deals to start and renew.

Venue Earnings

What your venue network earned.

Every confirmed partner-venue check-in and offer claim carries a fee the venue owes your club. naim totals the last 30 days, compares them with the month before, and names the venues doing the heavy lifting.

Venue Scorecard

Partners ranked, sleepers flagged.

Your partner venues, ranked by approved check-ins over the last 60 days — with the ones that have gone quiet flagged, so a refreshed offer lands before a partnership fades.

Ask naim

When the answer isn’t on the dashboard yet, ask for it.

Insights arrive on their own, every hour. Ask naim runs the other way: type a question the way you’d say it, and naim answers from your club’s own records — your campaigns, your fans, your saved segments, your venue partnerships.

It quotes your figures rather than inventing them. If the number isn’t in your data, naim tells you it can’t see it instead of guessing something plausible.

Ask naim In your dashboard

Who should get tonight’s push?

Your “Dormant 30+ days” segment holds 212 fans, the largest of your four saved segments. None of them has taken part in a campaign since the Rovers match. Worth aiming tonight’s push there rather than at everyone.

Every figure comes from this club’s own records. naim recommends the audience; you send the push.

Answers run to about three sentences, in whichever language you asked the question. naim answers about your club — it has no outside knowledge of fixtures, league tables or other clubs’ numbers, and it won’t name individual fans. It recommends; you publish — naim never sends anything to your fans itself. Available on City, National, and Global plans.

How It Works

naim recommends. You make the call.

01

naim reads

Every hour it goes through your club's own campaigns, check-ins, and fan activity — yours and only yours, never another club's. Nothing to configure, nothing to import.

02

It surfaces

Insights land as cards on your dashboard home and as nudges in the campaign builder — ranked from info to urgent.

03

You decide

One click opens the campaign builder pre-filled from the insight — review, adjust, publish. naim never launches, schedules, or sends anything on its own.

04

It gets specific

The more campaigns you run, the more history naim has to compare — so recommendations come with numbers, not hunches.

FAQ

Common questions about naim.

It reads your club’s own data and surfaces twelve types of insight, refreshed every hour: which campaign type earns the most participation, when your fans actually engage, which upcoming matches have no campaign yet, dead zones in your calendar, fans at churn risk, a fan-mix breakdown (super, regular, dormant, new), nearby venues you haven’t partnered with, which venue deals pull the most check-ins, what your venue network earned, which partners have gone quiet, and who your fans actually are (via the Extended Profile campaign). All of it lands on your dashboard, every Monday morning the week’s insights arrive in your inbox as naim’s weekly digest, and when you have a question of your own, Ask naim answers it from your club’s data in plain English — including your saved fan segments, their rules and live sizes, so you can ask who tonight’s push should go to. naim recommends the audience; you send the push.

It gets you most of the way. Click through from an insight and the campaign builder opens pre-filled — type, match, dates, and points seeded from your club’s own history. You review, adjust anything, and hit publish; naim never publishes on its own, and every naim-assisted step is logged.

No — and that’s by design. naim talks to you, never to your fans. When it spots something urgent, it notifies you on your dashboard. Anything fan-facing — campaigns, pushes, offers — is something you create and send through Game Set Engage yourself.

No setup needed — naim reads what’s already in your Game Set Engage account. Some insights need a little history first (campaign recommendations kick in once you’ve run a couple of campaigns of at least two types), so the more you run, the more specific naim gets.

Only your club’s own. Every insight is computed from your campaigns, your fans’ activity in your club, and your venue partnerships — never another club’s data, even when a fan follows several clubs. The one shared thing naim reads is the public venue directory (name, category, location) that every club can already browse. This isolation is enforced in code.

naim is included on City, National, and Global plans at no extra cost. The free Local tier doesn’t include naim — upgrading to City switches it on instantly, no setup required.

Yes, from the club’s side. naim spots approved venues within 10km you haven’t partnered with yet, and it compares your venue campaigns to show which offers actually pull check-ins — so you know which partnerships to start and which deals to renew.
