Questions about our plans.

You keep running. We charge $0.02 per fan above your limit ($0.01 on Global). You'll see the overage on your next invoice. If it makes more sense to upgrade, we'll let you know.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want — changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and your fans always stay with you. If a downgrade puts you over the lower plan's fan limit, the extra fans are simply billed at that plan's overage rate. Premium features like naim AI Assistant and Fan Segments lock below City; your saved segments are kept and come back when you upgrade.

Nothing changes for them. Your fans, their engagement points, their full participation history, your venue partnerships, your campaign data — all of it moves with you when you change tiers. If you eventually upgrade to National or Global and build a custom fan-facing app via our API, your existing supporters carry over automatically. They follow your club, not your app.

Free for up to 1,000 fans. Every core feature included — premium features like naim AI Assistant and Fan Segments unlock on paid plans. No credit card, no trial period. If you go over 1,000 fans, overage is $0.02 per fan.

naim helps you pick the right campaign for your situation, suggests timing based on your schedule, and surfaces patterns in your fan data. Available on City, National, and Global plans.

Living groups of fans you define by rules — engagement points, participation, how long they've been members, or demographics fans have chosen to share. Fans move in and out automatically as their data changes, and you can send a push notification to just that segment. Available on City, National, and Global plans.

API access (available on National and Global plans) allows you to build custom integrations and your own apps that connect to the Game Set Engage platform. Perfect for clubs with existing mobile apps or custom tech stacks.
