Fans go out in groups.
Be the plan.
Bowling alleys, climbing walls, escape rooms, arcades. Partner with any sports club, not just the one down the road, and its fans can claim your deals in person on the days you pick, whether that’s a slow Tuesday or the end-of-season night out.
Pay-for-performance, start to finish
The opportunity
Sports fans book activities in groups.
Supporters’ clubs, friends who share season tickets, whole families in the same scarf. They already plan days out together, and plenty of those days have nothing to do with a game. A group that bowls together spends together.
On Game Set Engage, a club can give fans more points for checking in at your venue than from anywhere else, and each club sets its own values. Add a group offer, and whoever is organising the day has two reasons to book you.
Your venue is listed in the check-in campaigns you join for the club’s events. Once the club approves them, your own standing offers run on the days you choose, so the quiet weekdays get their share too.
Your own deals, any day
Weekends book themselves. Your deals can fill the weekdays.
Saturday lanes take care of themselves. A Tuesday afternoon is harder. Once a club approves your partnership and your deals, the fans who follow it can claim them in person on the days you pick, from a weekday family pass to off-peak climbing.

Pick your days
Once a club approves your partnership, publish a standing offer to its fans. Choose the days of the week it runs, and add start and end dates if you want them. Pause it or change it whenever you like.
The club’s fans see it
Your offer is listed under Deals near you in the Game Set Engage app, for fans around your business who share their location. It stays listed for its whole date range, greyed out on the days it doesn’t run. Fans who follow the club claim it when they walk in.

Confirm it when they walk in
The fan shows a QR code; you confirm it in the Game Set Engage Venues app. You pay the club’s fee only for redemptions you’ve confirmed, and the club can add points on top.
Deal ideas
- Weekday afternoon lanes
- Thursday family climbing pass
- Free arcade credits Monday to Wednesday
Example screens with made-up businesses. Each club approves your offers before they go live, and again when you change or resume one, unless it has switched approval off.
Where you fit
Fans make group plans all year. Get on the list.
Meetups and game days
Clubs run fan meetups, charity days and open training sessions, not only games. Join the check-in campaign for one of them with your own group offer, and fans who check in with you while it runs can earn the club's points.
Club socials and parties
Clubs hold socials, team nights and end-of-season parties all year. Host a few and you become part of the club's calendar.
Your own quiet-day deals
Off-peak lanes, a family pass, two climbs for the price of one. Pick the days and set the deal. Once the club approves it, its fans can claim it in person all season.
The family-friendly option
Not every fan wants a bar. For families and younger supporters, you're the day out that works for everyone, from the eight-year-old to their grandparents.
Your offer, your rules
Offers that pull the whole group in.
There are two kinds of deal. Standing offers of your own run on the days you choose, once the club approves them. And there’s the group deal fans see next to your name in each club check-in campaign you join. What works for entertainment and leisure:
Group discounts
20% off for groups of four or more. Price it for the party, not the person.
Off-peak passes
A weekday afternoon rate for lanes, climbs or escape rooms fills slots you'd otherwise lose.
Free arcade credits
A small freebie per visit gets the group through the door. The rest of the visit pays for it.
Party bookings
A deal on club socials and end-of-season parties. One booking puts a whole room of fans in your venue.

Common questions from entertainment and leisure businesses.
Any with a physical location and a Google Maps listing. That covers bowling alleys, arcades, climbing walls, escape rooms, mini golf, laser tag, trampoline parks, leisure centres and more. You don’t need screens or a bar.
From their own phones. A fan at your venue opens the club’s campaign or your offer in the Game Set Engage app and shows you a QR code, and you approve it in the Game Set Engage Venues app. No tablets, no till integration, no hardware.
No. A club’s events aren’t all games, and you can join its check-in campaigns for fan meetups and end-of-season parties too. Your standing offers run on the weekdays you pick, once a club approves them, and the club’s fans can claim them in person on each of those days.
No. Ask any club on the platform, in any sport and any country. What matters is that its fans can walk through your door: a climbing centre in Manchester can run a deal for a Turkish club’s supporters who live in the city.
A fee, set by each club, for every check-in and offer redemption you confirm. No setup fees, no monthly subscription, no minimum commitment. You only pay when a fan actually shows up and you confirm their visit, and Game Set Engage sends you one invoice a month.
Yes. Each campaign partnership is separate, so you can set a different offer for each one. For example, 20% off bowling for a basketball club’s fan meetup and a free game of laser tag for a rugby club’s end-of-season night.
