Where your money comes from today
Most of your income rests on a few thousand people.
Season tickets, memberships, shirts: nearly everything a club sells goes to its most dedicated fans. And they’re a small group. Across 22 sports, the most dedicated 20% of fans account for 66% of all sports consumption.

Behind them is a much bigger crowd. They watch on TV, go to the odd game, and say “I support them” when asked. They love the club. They rarely pay it.

Why would a quiet fan walk into that barber?
Because it gives your fans a discount.
Your quiet fans will never buy a season ticket. They’ll still need a haircut this month. When a business near your fans partners with your club, it can offer your fans its own deal, and you approve that too: money off a cut, a free coffee, whatever fits the counter. Your fans nearby see it in the Game Set Engage app, walk in and show a QR code. Staff scan it, and the business pays your club a fee you set.
The fan pays nothing extra and gets a deal. The business wins a customer, and your club gets the fee you set.
Any day counts.
Deals can run any day of the week. A Tuesday at a partner barber earns your club a fee, just like a Saturday at a partner pub.
Only confirmed visits are billed.
Every fee is a visit the business’s own staff confirmed. No visit, no fee. And the business’s invoice shows when each visit was confirmed and by whom.
No distance limit.
A café across town can partner with your club, and so can a pub abroad where your expat fans meet. You approve every partner.

What it could add up to
A 5,000-fan club could earn around $31,000 a year.
with only 5 partner businesses*
*On our own model, a club with about 5,000 fans, five partner businesses and roughly 30% of fans active could earn around $2,580 a month after our commission. That’s about $31,000 a year, before the $199-a-month City plan a club that size is on. Treat it as an illustration: the real figure depends on the fee you set, how many businesses sign up and how many fans use the deals.
The platform
A fan engagement platform worth having on its own. And it can pay your club.
Game Set Engage runs your fan engagement: campaigns, segments and AI advice in one place. The partner fees on this page come on top of that, not instead of it.
500+ campaign scenarios.
Check-ins at the ground, at a partner venue or anywhere else. Quizzes, predictions, surveys, auctions, deal codes. Fans can earn your club’s points along the way and bid them in auctions.
Segments that keep themselves up to date.
Group fans by what they join, how often they take part or the tags you give them, and send each group its own push.

Questions clubs ask
Nobody downloads an app to support a club they rarely watch. Money off something they already buy is a different story.

No. There’s no distance limit. Any business can ask to partner with your club, and you decide who’s approved.
The business, and only for visits its staff confirmed. Businesses don’t pay to be listed.

Game Set Engage is free for up to 1,000 fans. Bigger clubs pay a monthly plan, from $199 for up to 10,000 fans. Our commission comes out of your share of the fees, never on top, and you keep 70% to 90% of them depending on your plan.
It works the other way round: fans get a deal from a business near them, and the business pays the fee. That matters when 86% of US sports fans say live sport is becoming a luxury and 71% of British football match-goers say traditional fans are being priced out.
