College Alumni Watch Party Network
Every alumni bar in every city becomes part of the program.
The names are made up. The campaigns and results are real.
Overview
A university's fan base doesn't live in one zip code: it graduates and scatters. Alumni watch every game anyway, alone on couches in cities the program has no presence in. Meanwhile every one of those cities has a bar that would love a guaranteed crowd of alumni on game day.
Game Set Engage's venue partnership model connects the two, and it deliberately has no geographic restriction: an alumni bar three states away is exactly the point. Bars register, partner with the program, and join its game-day check-in campaigns with their own incentives attached. Alumni check in at the bar, verified on site because the venue is paying for people who actually walk in, then earn points and claim the offer. The program sets the per-visit partnership fee and the per-redemption transaction fee, and its revenue share from the partnership arrives with the monthly payout.

The quieter win is the map. For the first time the program can see where its diaspora actually gathers: which cities, which bars, which games. Every away weekend adds to it.
Example Scenario
Westvale University has 38,000 fans on the platform and alumni chapters in a dozen cities. Fourteen alumni bars (Chicago, Denver, two in Dallas) register as venues, partner with the program, and join its game-day check-in campaigns, each publishing its own offer: 20% off your tab, a free pitcher at halftime, a game-day menu.
On rivalry Saturday the game is 900 miles away, but 1,870 alumni check in at partner bars, earn watch-party points, and claim the tab offers. The bars confirm claims at the counter and get something no bar promotion gives them: a count of exactly how many Westvale alumni walked in because of the partnership.
Each venue pays the program's per-visit partnership fee, which Westvale set at $0.50, plus $1.25 per confirmed offer redemption. The month's invoices total $2,340 across the network, and after the platform's tiered commission the program's share arrives with the monthly payout. Small money next to a TV deal; brand-new money for an away weekend that used to generate nothing.
